2011-2013 Comparative Data Report: Outcome-Based Studies

The National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT) at Louisiana State University delivers training to thousands of participants throughout the United States each year. To determine the effectiveness of its training, the NCBRT developed the Outcome-Based Study survey. The purpose of the survey is to determine if the concepts learned in a course have been or are being applied in the participant's current job. These evaluations are administered by phone and email to participants after the successful completion of a course(s). A separate survey is also administered to supervisors when permission of the participant is granted and contact information is provided.

 
The Comprehensive Outcome Studies Rep​ort is a detailed record of participant and supervisor responses for every survey question, for every course we delivered. The Summary Report is a condensed version of that report.
