Outcome-Based Studies: 2015 Annual Report

NCBRT delivers training to thousands of participants throughout the United States each year. To determine the effectiveness of its training, NCBRT developed the Outcome-Based Study survey. The purpose of the survey is to determine if participants have applied or are applying course concepts in their current job. These evaluations are administered by phone and email to participants following their successful completion of a course. A separate survey is also administered to supervisors when permission of the participant is granted and contact information is provided. ​​

The Outcome-Based Studies: 2015 Annual Report​ details the findings from surveys completed for the NCBRT courses delivered from January 2015 - December 2015.
